Telephone Sales

Working as an Integral part of the specialist Telephone sales team, making outbound sales calls and reacting to inbound sales calls to achieve a monthly GP by selling The Communications Centre’s range of promotional products and services. You will work to create sales opportunities, making a valued contribution in reaching team targets and ensuring a high level of Customer Service is maintained at all times.

Job Description

The key focus of this role is to consistently identify and bring in new business within the SME opportunities in your sales territory. Developing a sales pipeline to meet targets, you’ll devise a sales strategy that focuses on the self-generation of sales opportunities through a range of activities, from cold calling to marketing initiatives. You’ll need real self-motivation, tenacity and the ability to manage your own workload.

Field sales experience is a must and you’ll also need a track record in the self-generation of your own appointments. With proven territory and database management knowledge, you’ll be a skilled planner and presenter, not to mention willing to work flexible hours


Internal Account Manager

To process and maintain orders from the Business sales team. To deal with all administration and queries with regards to new and existing accounts.
